Uses of Amazon Pay UPI ID & UPI PIN

There are multiple ways to use the Amazon Pay UPI ID, but the most common use is to make instant cash transactions on the Amazon Application.

UPI Mandate is a feature that allows users to serve up Automated Payments for repeated transactions. Both a business and a user can utilize this feature to make payments daily, weekly, and monthly.

To use the UPI Mandate, the user is required to:

1: Authorize the Mandate with a UPI PIN

2: Specify the amount to be paid.

3: Opt for the mobile number that is linked to the Bank Account.

4: Verify the mobile contact number.

5: Select the bank account from the drop-down list.

Amazon Pay UPI On Third-Party Apps

To utilize Amazon Pay UPI on other third-party apps and websites that accept UPI mode of payments, follow the following steps:

1: Enter the Amazon Pay UPI ID on the third-party app or website

2: Validate the information entered on the third-party app or website.

3: Open payment request notification that the Amazon App has sent.

4: Review the notification request and tap on Pay Now.

5: Tapping on Pay Now means the screen will ask the user to add their Amazon Pay UPI PIN to complete the paymentpayment.

6: Post the success of paymentpayment, the user will receive a message stating “Payment Successful” on the Amazon App.

While it is stated above on how to initiate an Amazon Pay UPI payment on other third-party apps and websites, it is important to note that Amazon Pay UPI payment is currently not functional on Amazon Mobile Browser and Desktop browsers.

Amazon Pay UPI and Amazon Pay Wallet are two distinct digital modes of paymentpayment that permit customers to send and receive money.
